So, I found this really cool site.  Basically you browse through artwork submitted by the community and then you choose an artist and write a story based on the pictures.  You can actually purchase the story when you are finished - in PDF form or as a softcover book or hardcover book.  Here's the one I wrote.

Starting Small

So, I'm kind of starting very small and simple when it comes to testing my creativity.  Excuse the possible lameness of these projects, but for someone who can't draw very well, I have to resort to other activities to keep my the right side of my brain working.

Last year, I've started doing something new.  While watching a movie, I have my colored pencils next to me and just write words and draw doodles having to do with the movie.  I don't know...it's kind of fun.  Especially for a movie that I've seen a million times.  Here's my first contribution.

I used this Chrome app to create "My World."
Basically you pick different items to decorate and then it analyzes what you choose and tells you something about yourself.

The app revealed that I am a "Brainy, creative, people person."

So, I just joined two sites today: Wookmark and weheartthis.com. There's nothing incredibly groundbreaking about them, but I like nice, clean, simple sites. You just collect images that catch your eye and upload them to your account. You can see what others have uploaded and add their pictures to your collection, too.

I also have a "weheartit"  widget on the right.  Right now, I am duplicating content on both sites until I can decide which one I want to stick with exclusively.
